Government of Nepal
Dr. Singh was listed among the health professionals decorated in Nepal’s Constitution Day honours of 2021, identified in the published recipient list as being from Narayani Hospital. The honour recognised service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nepali Army
The framed citation names Dr. Niraj Singh of Narayani Hospital, Birgunj, and commends his important contribution to the prevention and control of COVID-19. It bears the signature of then Chief of Army Staff Purna Chandra Thapa.
Barbara Foundation
Presented at a ceremony titled “Thank You COVID Warriors”, which recognised eighty-seven frontline workers and institutions — twenty of them doctors — for service during the pandemic. Dr. Singh was recognised in the doctors’ category for his contribution to COVID-19 treatment and public awareness in Province 2.
Nepal Medical Association
Elected Central Vice President and Madhesh Province Coordinator of the Nepal Medical Association for the 2079–2082 B.S. term of its Central Executive Committee. The certificate of election was issued by the Association’s Election Committee at its central office in Kathmandu.

Panellist — “Practice of Internal Medicine in Nepal”
The conference took the theme “Inspiring the Next Generation: Cultivating Passion for Internal Medicine”. Dr. Singh sat on the panel discussing the practice of internal medicine in Nepal, and was recognised on the main stage.
Delegate — attending as Vice President Elect
The Nepal Medical Association’s flagship national conference, held on the theme “Health Care & Well-being: Current Trends & Challenges”. Dr. Singh received a certificate of attendance on the main stage from the Chief Minister of Koshi Province, Hikmat Kumar Karki.
