Dr. Singh was listed among the health professionals decorated in Nepal’s Constitution Day honours of 2021, identified in the published recipient list as being from Narayani Hospital. The honour recognised service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Presented at a ceremony titled “Thank You COVID Warriors”, which recognised eighty-seven frontline workers and institutions — twenty of them doctors — for service during the pandemic. Dr. Singh was recognised in the doctors’ category for his contribution to COVID-19 treatment and public awareness in Province 2.
